Welcome to Strike. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Strike mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Strike, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Strike. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Strava Integration

Strike integrates with Strava to access your workout data. By connecting your Strava account:

• You authorize Strike to access your Strava activity data
• You agree to comply with Strava's Terms of Service
• You can revoke access at any time through your account settings

5. AI Coaching Disclaimer

Important: Strike's AI coaching is for informational and motivational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• AI-generated training plans may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• Strike is not responsible for injuries resulting from following AI recommendations

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Strike offers subscription-based premium features:

• iOS: Payments are processed through your Apple ID account
• Android: Payments are processed through your Google account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access controls
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

Strike and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Strike (such as notes or goals). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI coaching advice will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• Training plans will help you achieve specific results

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or physical harm resulting from use of the Service

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Austria.
